About C4C Primary Quote

Hello experts,

I have a question about quote and opportunity.

Create a quote by an opportunity, and check on "Primary Quote"，when change products quantity or price in the quote，and in action set “update opportunity”. Here in the opportunity overview， the fields ‘Expected Value’ and ‘Weighted Value’ had updated，but ‘Total Negotiated Value’ not change. And navigate to Products Tab, ‘price’ and ‘quantity’ not change also. So why？...

Dear Eric,

The sales quote action Update Opportunity for Primary Quotes does not update products into the opportunity. Only the expected value of the quote will be updated. This is currently the standard system behavior. Any other updates need to be done via PDI implementation.
