TaxFactory cyclic upgrade doesn´t show the new version

Hello Graziela,

I have recently installed BSI Cyclic Bulletin 10.0 R. After the installation, TaxFactory cyclic upgrade is not showing the new version.

I found a SNOTE 2443834, which explains the similar issue but the Solution provided in the SNOTE is not clear.
