Disp+work.Exe in grey , not working

Hi All,

While starting the solution manager from mmc console , disp+work.EXE process is not starting , kindly assist for same, below is the dev_disp file.

Please check following SAP Note:
2133635 - When the Dispatcher dies on a Windows server, the instance cannot be restarted

(you need to update the kernel)
