Unique Calculation Requirement

Hello,

I have a unique requirement where I want to write calculation compare attributes for the same KF. Please see attached screenshot for reference.

As you see above I want to compare PCAPAUSAGE for the 2 resource ID which is assigned to the same source and identify which resource has minimum value and use that resource ID and subtract to 3 resource ID which is also assigned to the same Source ID
