After creation while saving the customer master am getting the said error Message No. FES012. Pls help to resolve.

This happens in windows Vista you can try the following
Windows Vista go-to control panel->User Accounts->User Account Control On or Off and un-check the checkbox
you can use User Account Control (uac) to protect your computer
