When i transfer the value from old to new asset, if i gave nb value its taking only nb value, if i entred apc value its taking apc value including ord. dep. value and value adjustment but when i go to see the new asset value its showing in apc value and ord. depreciation value and in old asset its showing value adjustment.

Dear Gopi,

You transfer the values based on apc. By doing this, you will get the values of APC as well as Acc Depn...

Further, you can maintain the useful life of the original asset in the new asset no. If you transfer by Net book value, you will have a problem with the useful life and the depreciation key.

Assign points, if useful

Hi,

When you transfer the asset only the net book value will be taken, depreciation posted till date will remain in the old asset only.

Hye

The difference is the depreciation amount between the last depr date till the transfer date.
