Recalculation date for PDC

hi expert

when i change in quota for example i have x quota valid from 01/01/08 till 31/12/2008 (21 day) if i want to change quota on 01/04/08 to 26(days) instead of 21 days this massage appear

"change in earlist retroactive accounting date time not possible"

how can i solve this problem i try in infotype 0003 put i fauilar

sorry one question again:)

I configred OM and define organization unit,job& position but i have problem when i hire some one then put position in IT 0001 the system doesnt defulat job and organizational unit why ? the system put job 0000000 and organizational unit 0000000 too can any body tell me why?
