Urgent Help! Errors in source system(RSM 340)

Need urgent help. Issue in production.

I added fields to the COPA datasource, by changing the operating concern. I recreated the datasource with the same name replicated into BW & ran delta again. The whole procedure worked fine in Dev & Quality but in production it gives me the below error. I thought its a delta issue so I deleted the data & try reload but still same issue. Below is the error. I checked the connection with R3. its an ok. All other loads work fine. Before deleting delta, it gives below error & when you rerun, it finishes with zero records. I also tried activating update, transfer & ods & cube in BW. I also asked functional guy to check operating concern & its active. kindly help

I tried to activate the datasource in production but still no luck. I ran the datasource in RSA3 with 10 record & 10 calls and it just keeps executing with no results. We are on BI7.0 sp12 & its a 3.x datasource.

The Caller 09 message doesn't give you enough information to diagnose the problem. Can you get any more clues out of the log? More often than not I end up needing help from Basis on these.

What do you find when you search Notes and this forum for RSM340?

Hi PK,

caller 09 error mainly because of source(target system) and destination(bw system) not configured correctly.

i think you get the error message as follows. file is in the client workstation as like.

better you contact basis people. they will resolve this.

I could load init till 2007with the enhanced COPA datasource, but when I do delta from 01/2008 till 12/9999 it gets zero records. when i did init for 01/2008-04/2008, it got the records....looks like delta is not working..what could be the reason?

Hi Techies/Guru's, please help! My inits work but the delta doesn't gets any records. I have my inits from 01/2000 until 12/2007 for each year then I do a delta for 01/2000 till 12/9999. its gets zero records. any thoughts what could be wrong?

I guess I know why its not getting the delta, its because of the 30 min safety delta constraint you cannot do multi inits from R3 and in order to get the data back from 01/2000 I need to do one init. Do you think it will get all the data(01/2001-12/9999) in one init.

is there a way I can do one init & get the delta? there seems to be like 500k records.how can i achieve this.
