    Hi Bhuvaneswari,

Name can be anything. Incase of reject ,in the background brf+ table we add one more step to rollback the changes but in your case as the name implies, reject to requestor ,you may have to send it back to requestor as similiar that of send back to requestor.

create custom change request actions under define change request actions and later assign to step types.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi Loganathan Duraisamy,

I tried creating the custom change request actions under define change request actions and later assigned to step types,

but my issue when i click on reject the Requester button , background step agent and route finder goes to error state, maintained the user agent for button.

    Regards,

    Hi Bhuvaneswari,

I completely agree with Logan, the name can be anything.

If you are facing an issue in BRF it will be because of some issue in the BRF Decision table itslef.

Not because you created a Custom Action.
