Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to enable the Priority field for Notification Types Malfunction and Activity Report or is it only available for Maintenance Request in IW21 transaction?

HI,
for this what you have to do is go to sproplant maintenance and customer service-maintenance and service processing-maintenance and service notificationoverview of notification type
select your notification type and go to screen structure for extended view if you see here the first tab will be 10\TAB01 and description is Notification 1. Select that one go to details
in that you can find screen area which consists of 5 sub screens screen area1 to screen area 5.
In Screen area-4 if you see in M1 notification type input is 040--basic dates so change accordingly in M2 and M3
see here in these screen area1 to 5 you can select subscreens of your own. so if you input 040--basic dates in your notification types you will get priority field.

Priority type is not related to T.Code iw21. It is assigned to notification type. It can be malfunction,activity,breakdown any notification type.
In customizing you assign priority type to notification type. You will get what you want.
