Status SETC disappears from production order

Hi expert,

I am confronted to a very strange behaviour of the system.

My client is using sometimes co-products in the BOM. At the production order creation, the settlement rule is created. So I have status SETC at the header.

But for some reason, when a change is made to the production order from the planning board, that status disappears, and order settlement can not be done.

I was not able to find out the nature of the change. All I could see was that in the Status Changes, the status disappeared due to the transaction Capacity Levelling.

Also, this happend to orders with co-product.

Can anyone help?

Thnks

Martin.

this may e a bug, it should not disapper and settlement rule is creted automatically when you create a production order.

Can you tell me what is the setting in your client for order type, may be some thing is missing in order type?

Hi Rajesha, and thank you for the reply.

There is nothing specific to the order type, since the same one is used for the other thousands orders without an issue.

Is there a way to bring back that status? Looks like the settlement rule categorie OIT (for the co-product produciton order) is automatically assigned by the system. Maybe a work-around?

We would like to be able to settle those orders. They are already CNF and DLV.

Thanks.
