Siebel Web Service from Web Dynpro..Urgent

I have a Problem with Siebel Web services accessing from Web Dynpro.

Create Model using Siebel Web Service -> Adaptive Web Service Model -> No Logical Destinations -> Local File System (Local WSDL) and application is working fine.

We are trying to move this code to Test Environment. It doesnt have any URL so that we can't maintain Destinations in Visual Administrator.

Is there any way i can change the Web Service URL runtime to other Systems like TST and PRD?

Webservice URL is there in the WSDL File, is there any better solution other than changing the WSDL.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
