No active rep. object found for SHORT_ID 'SCD'

Hi all,

After ugrading to CRM 5.0 from CRM 3.0 and after going through all the SPAU adjustments and Regenarations for alll objects in the Generation workbench, I added a new TESTSITE in SMOEAC and am trying assign subcriptions to this site.

I am able to add everything except the Customers and the MAterials subscriptions.

I am getting an error message when I save after adding these specific subscriptions.

"No active replication object found for SHORT_ID 'SCD' .

And if I go furtehr I get "Error modifing table SMOHSITEID".

I checked the SMOHREPOBJ table for the SHORT_ID 'SCD" and it shoes me that for industry "CG" that repl. object is in a delted state (1).

This is maybe due to the fact that the Repl. obj. DNL_SCE_DWNL in our system has been changed from Int. to Bulk with a new short_id of 'ZKB'.

Any ideas/suggetsions on how to resolve this issue.

I am unable to kickoff the Custom,er and Material loads to CDB because of this problem.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

did you already check in the upgraded system whether the interlinkage object PAS-SCD is (still) there? Have you deleted this in the 3.0 system when doing the changes mentioned above?

And which error message do you get along with the customer subscription?

Hi,

First off, thanks a lot for your reply. I was going nowhere.

The interlinkage you mentioned PAS/SCD exists in new upgraded CRM 5.0 but doesn't exist in the older CRM 3.0 in our landscape(maybe it was deleted).

And also when i clicked on the Interlinkage( in CRM 5.0 ), i get a similar error message , "Bdoc repository Inconsistent; Bdoc for Objects with SHORT_ID SCD not found"

the one which i got when trying to add Material OR Customer subscriptions to a Mobile CLient TEST SITE.

I wish I could send scr. shots.

Any ideas on how to overcome this issue.

Thanks

Hi,

I assume that you deleted this interlinkage in 3.0 because the following repl. object was deleted and afterwards created with another ID.

I would suggest to delete the same interlinkage object on 5.0 (but I am wondering why it is there again...) and create a similar one PAS/ZKB with the same definition.

So therefore better make a screen shot before deletion. ))
