C4C - Replicate Business / Home address of Contact Person

Dear community,

Usually for replication of contact person these data is transferred to C4C:

• the general data of contact person
• The contact data like phone, E-Mail from the communication area
• a relation to the address from the customer, contact person has no own fields here

In SAP you could now add a sperate business address or home address to this contact person. These include different fields for address and contact data.

We need the possibility to replicate these business addresses of contact person to C4C and vice versa. Because someteimes a contact person doesn't work at address of customer but has other business address, own office etc.

We couldn't find something in the CPI mapping and also couldn't find anything in the web or in SAP documentation. That's strange because I guess this is common case when working with SAP system.

In C4C for this case first we have to add new customer business adress and after that we can assign it to contact person. We can also assign new private addresses.

But is there any way to handle divergent addresses for contact person in SAP<->C4C replication?

As of now, we are not having the replication of personal address of Contact Persons as a part of C4C ERP standard integration.

But still you can post your business use case in our Idea Place forum where our Product Managers can look into your scenario and check if this can be made possible in the future releases

thanks for reply. You talked about personal adress of contact persons no supported for replication. Does this also include the office address part of SAP contact person?

What is the proposed solution for managing different office addresses for contact persons. I mean addresses deviating from the customer address, e.g. Contact person has home office or works in other office building.
