Survey in activity with CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hi Forum,

I try to insert a survey in an activity. I dont know how i have to do more because everything is ok, but when i am going to check the activity en t-code: crmd_order and go to questionnarie tab, it appears these message:

There is no completed survey connected to this object.

Only completed surveys can be shown in the display mode.

Any suggestion or example how to do it?

Regards and thanks in advance,

Mon

    Hi,

To view your survey to the activity, try to open the activity in Edit Mode.

This message appears when the activity is opened in Display mode and no questionnaire is filled for the activity yet.

    Hope this will help

      Hi Susana,

First step i created an activity with: BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI...Once I have created the activity, and fill the survey i am going to CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

The survey I insert is answered via web. So, in the survey.html on the event oninputproccesing i get all the parameters I need to fill the structure it_survey to later call with this structure to CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

      Hope it helps to you.

      Regards,
