follow-up navigation issue

hello all,

can someone help? this is about icwc follow-up navigation issue.

first scene..

1. i create interaction record and save.

2. then i create a follow-up service ticket from interaction record and save.

3. in the service ticket, i create another follow-up for lead

-> i can navigate to the lead from activity clipboard layout in interaction record (lead link appended in activity clipboard)

second scene..

1. in inbox navigation, i call back the service ticket number from 2

2. now i create a follow-up lead from the service ticket

3. i see in document flow that lead is created, but it does not contain any number, so i cannot click anywhere to navigate back to the lead.. the lead link is not appended in activity clipboard also. so, i'd like to know how can i go to the lead created from follow-up to edit and save the lead?

where is wrong....? can someone help...

    Both scenarios you explained are working 100% as expected!

    1. Every transaction you create when a business partner is confirmed is ALWAYS placed on the activity clipboard, even if you created that transaction as a follow-up. After all, that transaction is related to the current interaction and thus placed on the activity clipboard.

    When you end your interaction everything is linked as follow-up to your leading transaction type defined in your webclient profile (in SAP standard this is the Interaction Record).

    But, if you create a follow-up lead on an opportunity during an interaction, the lead will be linked to the Interaction Record (throught the activity clipboard) AND to the opportunity.

    2. Transactions in the WebClient receive a number when you save the transaction OR when you end the current interaction (everything is saved automatically at that time). This is SAP standard behaviour (like in the GUI through CRMD_ORDER, you'll only get to see the transaction number when you actually save)
