Fields in Live Activity

How are you, Expert?
I have an issue and I cann't find a solution. The problem is related to the fields in the Live Activity pane and Activities-PhoneCall.
I will begin my scenario:
First of all simulate an inbound call. USe Simulation in CTI Adapter (or http query). I need to pass the fields using a query to the activity pane.
Such fields as "External ID", "Custom 1", "Custom 2" and others. Screenshot like
Simulate is OK and I have this result in C4C Live Activity. Result is perfect in this moment.
The next step is to make some changes and "Save" the document in the panel .
Then I want to check the saved document. Go to Activities - Phone Call - Open this doc . In this Activites I don's see field as "External ID", "Custom 1,2". But I see field like "NOTES" or external field.
Please tell me where I can find this field? Maybe I do some wrong or my setting is bad? Regard!

The following thread explains a workaround for you outlining to use a SOAP WebService Communication Arrangement to pass the data.

Thankfull for quick feedback!
Very good archive and maybe we take it for basic of the solution.
But we would like see this fields in PhoneCall header, not individual BOs.
Is it possible?
