    Anil,

You gotta make this template as general task.

    Do following :

Go to PFTC in change mode, provide this task Id, in menu bar go to agent assignment->maintain agent, in next screen change the task Attribute to "General task" and it will work fine.

    Cheers

      Anil,

Based on communication type you selected in ESS it sends out work item to HR Admin (based on rule 60100010).

If you want to send out mail you have to code yourself. I have already explained in this post that how you can create your own workflow and where you need to change so it will pick your custom workflow when Employee will use this in their ESS.

You can use send mail activity for email.

You can also use FM SOAPI1 in a background task to send forms as attachment (the task has to background and you have to write down your own method for that BO. you can use via subtype-delegation technique, for more info about this you can browse forum).

You chose. Hope it will help. revert back if need further info.

      Cheers

      Jai
