Automatic Creation of TO

Hi Friends ,

I wanted to create TO immediately (fully automatic) at the time of IM document posting without any user intervention.

The settings I made are ...

1) In OMLR ( Transaction where we assign Reference Mtype to WM Mtype) , I marked the flag "Immediately creation of TO" to Yes

2) Spro ->Logistics exe -> Warehouse mgmt ->Activities ->Transfer ->Define movement type -> "Screen Control" field , there are three options

1) Prepartion of stock removal

2) Preparation for stock placement

3) Single item screen

Option 3 , (I believe) is only for Manual Transfer orders , Since if I select this option , at the time of TO creation I am getting an error message "This screen is only allowed for Manual TOs"

In option 2 , I need to press "Enter" two three times to create TO ( if I dont want to change any TO data)

I am looking for a way where system gives me TO number immediately after posting of IM ( I dont want to appear any TO screens).

This option I am looking to update initial inventory into SAP

hi,

all ur settings are correct.

one more setting is pending

goto movement type functionality

Spro ->Logistics exe -> Warehouse mgmt ->Activities ->Transfer ->Define movement type ->

check the field "manual TO creation not allowed.

uncheck the fild "manual TR creation allowed.

In "Screen Control" field

u can keep either

1) Prepartion of stock removal (or)

2) Preparation for stock placement

based on ur requirement.

try this ,, i think it should solve ur problem.

Thx for your reply , but still system is showing me TO creation screen :-(( ....

I dont want to display that screen.

My requirement is like , as soon as I save GR ( MIGO) , system should give me Material document no along with Created TO number w/o showing me any new screen /ask user intervention.

I hope I could explain my requirement,

Would appreciate if you can tell me the soln.
