SMD agent process consuming more CPU

hi All,

the Diagnostic agent jstart process is tacking more cpu in SAP enterprise portal system, we are on NW 7.4 SP13. if any one of you come across similar issue, please let me know your inputs here.

thanks for the sap note. i have already gone thorough the note, here DAA agent jstart process is consuming more resources.
