What is work flow and who is work flow consultant. pls explain me.

Hi

It is not work flow, we call it has cycle. (purchase cycle)

sales dept - production dept - stores dept - purchase dept - finance dept - quotations - purchase order - Goods receipt - invoice verification - Transfer to warehouse - delivery - billing.

I am not sure with the answer I am giving,

You can request a change for the Master records through intranet/internet i.e once the system is setif the end users need any changes in the master record it can be requested through intranet/internet.

The request can be made by the following peoplefor the different objects

START CHANGE REQUEST FOR OBJECTS

From the Employee Workplace launchpad Cost centers, internal orders, G/L accounts, customers, vendors

from the Enterprise Organization Cost centers

From Editing the standard hierarchy Cost centers

From the cost center master data report Cost centers

From the web transaction Create internal order Internal orders

From the web transaction Display internal order Internal orders

From Editing G/L account master data individually G/L accounts

Now when the request is sent by the end user the request goes to the coreesponding person(processor). The processor is automatically decided by the system. Now the request sent to the processor will be the worklist or the workflow inbox of the processor. As soon as the master data has changed the sender workflow inbox is triggered with an information confiming the changes.
