Crystal report 2016 runtime library to distribute to client

We recently upgraded Crystal Report 11 to Crystal Report 2016. With our application(which is written in java ) we need to distribute Crystal report 2016 runtime library to support Windows 10 and Java 8. We are using ReportViewerBean.jar library with Java8 to print crystal reports in our application. Where can we get newer ReportViewerBean.jar and Crystal report runtime library to support Java8 and Crystal report 2016 for Client distribution with our application.

This is causing labels printing top margin issue, and specifically 30 tag Avery Lables are not printed properly
