GOA distribution

HI,

We are on SRM5.0 and we are using contract mangement.

There are two issues which we are currently facing.

1. When a Service GOA is careted ain SRM and distributed to R/3 some of the Item lines are not getting distributed.

This is happening only in the case of SRM Service GOA.

2.How can I close a PCTR contract in SRM.
