SD order quantity is not transfer to delivery document

Hello Gurus,

I'm having trouble with my Delivery document. Problem is when i create delivery my sales order quantity is not getting transfer to delivery document. it is showing me 0 quantity. i have checked Availability check setting. please through me some advises so i can fixed it. all response are highly appreciated.

first do some elementry check that material quantity in MMBE is it available in storage location fo delivery or not then check that item is confirmed in order or not

Dear Iqbal Khan

Assuming that the quantity is flowing in "Confirmed Qty" in sale order but still it is not flowing to delivery, Go to VTLA, select the item category and check for the following

Order requirements::::::::::::::::101

Item Data::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::101

Update document flow:::::::::::::X

Pos/neg.quantity::::::::::::::::::::+

I think either of the above is missing and hence the problem.

No, its not working eventhough its not confirmed in my sales order. i have available quantity and still it is not confirmed. i have checked my ATP setting but still the problem is same and its for few material not all of them.

In delivery item category details 0vlp, check weather , item realvant for picking is checked or not .

also check wheather you have assigned any warehouse mgmt to your shipping point and strorage location. ,if this is assigned then the picking qty gets graded out.

bt check the copy controls settings in VTLA

and also check the item category settings in VOV7 and the schedule line category settings in VOV6
