I have about 14000 bank master data needs to be deleted. F106 only allows individual deletion.
Is that mass deletion?

Hi,
u can delete the bank master data if u have transaction data
with that particular GL accounts
so reset the company code before deleting
and go for deletion.

Consider running program SAPF023 (SE38) which deletes bank master data per country.
Requirements
There should be no productive company code in the bank country whose bank master data is to be deleted.
The program should run in batch mode since run-time problems can also occur when deleting smaller amounts of data.
