Fold / Unfold issue in the 2nd page of my report in webi 4.2 SP2

Hi everyone,

I have created a report where I have used the fold / unfold (outline) functionality. My report contains a cross table where a section has been maintained and where 5 breaks have been set.

But, I noticed that the functionality is only working on the first page of my report and not in the rest of the pages.

I was expected to have the same behavior done for the first page, applied to the rest of the existing pages in my report...

May you please help me to solve this issue ?

Regards,

Pauline

Hi,

I have tried with BO 4.2 SP4 and I was able to fold and unfold in all pages of the report.

Not sure what does Value-based break feature is?.

Thanks,

Hello all,

I come back on this post because I still have the same issue concerning the fold/unfold functionality. If anyone could help me, it will be very helpful.

May you find below more explanation of my problem:

Current situation:

As you may see, I have three lines: a pink, grey and white lines.

==> The pink one ("Rayon") is the highest level and the white ("Autre Tribu"), the lowest one. The one called "Sous-Rayon" is the grey line and the "Regroupement gestion" is hidded in my report. That's why, we can't see it in my picture above.

My aim:

I need to get only the pink line, as shown below:

My steps to get it (two solutions tried):

Case 1: When applying the fold/unfold (outline) functionality in my current page, the grey and white lines will desappeared correctly. Unfortunately, this action is not repeated on all pages from my report... Only the current working page has been modified.

==> Does anyone have an idea to solve this issue for this first case, please ?

Case 2: I had upgraded the Webi version from the 4.2 SP2 to the 4.2 SP5 in order to use the "value-based break" functionality:

After using it, I got the following result. The pink and white lines didn't move..

==> Does anyone have an idea to solve this second issue, please ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Pauline.
