Agentry (Work Manager 6.4): Date field with backend time zone

I want to send the work order completion time in the SAP ECC backend time zone.

The property uses a "Time Zone Adjust" value from a the global SAP.AdjustTimeZoneTo. To my understanding this should transform the iPad time to SAP time, but my tests indicate that this is not the case. I changed the SMP server time zone and then the value reaching SAP was modified accordingly. This shouldn't happen because time zone of the iPad and backend didn't change. But maybe I understood something wrong?

Then there are the 3 default options: To System Connection Local Time, To System Connection Standard Time and to Universal Time. I understand System connection is SMP server and not SAP backend.

Edit: I modified the transaction property to convert to UTC, but it didn't work properly. My iPad is UTC+3 and it only removed 2 hours to the transaction time instead of 3... Why is this happening?

Edit 2: SMP server is in UTC+1, SAP ECC is also in UTC+1. But in the Java debugger I can see that the Time Stamp extracted from the Agentry transaction is already UTC+1 and not UTC as the property is defined.
