DMS deletion flag - user is unable to set it

Hi all,

we have setup DMS for our plants.

Now I face with users grants as they are not able to set the flag indicator.

Message says that is not possible to set deletion idicator for document type XXX.

If I try to do the same activity I can light on the deletion flag without obstacles.

Where do I find the different users grants ?
