SAP BCM system call time to adjust

SAP - BCM how to set up a call into reclined at the table on time;
Such as:
Answering customer calls every day time about: 8:30 am to 17:30pm
Now demand:
Need to set a time period for a day, how to adjust this time?Hope to provide some pictures show.thank you
