Change Portal Server from Windows 2003 to Unix

Hi SAP Gurus,

we run an Enterprise Portal 7.0 on a Windows 2003 Server. Now we want to have this Enterprise Portal with all settings etc. on a Unix server.

What steps do we have to do?

What other points are relevant?
