We are implementing GTS Case Management with 2 levels of workflow - a requestor (to create the case in the first instance), and then an Approver (to review and approve the case). We have a team of 5 requestors. It appears that the standard Case Management configuration requires all 5 Requestors to review and approve a case before it can go to the Approver. However, we only want the Requestor creating the case to be able to create and submit it, and it then go straight to the Approver, ie without requiring all other requestors to be involved. Is this possible in configuration, or does it require customisation ?
