Hide columns from Search

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP Business One 9.2 (9.20.160) PL: 06 (32-bit). Can we hide a column from a search form(for example, In search more, we type * and find. If we click on "Form Settings" we can add and remove a column from a search form)? Can we remove a column for a User or a Client?

Hi,

It can be done per user. Login with particular user and change form settings. Once changes, remove authorization for login user. So that, the user can't change form settings again.

Dear Charalambos Polemitis,

You just need to click the form setting after you search.

then the list of columns available. there is checkbox on the right side. you may untick which column do you want remove.

Thank you for your answer! If I unchecked the checkbox, it will be removed for all users and clients. I would like to know if it could be done for only one user or client.
