Dispatcher not runing

Dear All,

While i do system copy Producation to Devploment server my dispacther is not working kindlly suggest me how can i solve this problem

you are using SQl server Database.

check 551915 - R/3 won't start after database restore or database copy

it's not like that, the intention of Mr. Yaroslav Zorenko is not wrong,

The problem is solved by SAP Note 551915 - R/3 won't start after database restore or database copy .
