dynamic modification rule

Hello Gurus,

I have a issue regarding the inspection lot created always skip instead of control even after the dynamic modification rule says 1 Control 14 skips (D).

Please let me know what could be the probable reasons and where i need to check

Please check the following..

1) in the Material master for the material whether you entered data in Quality management -in that check QM procurement active tick mark.

2) whether quality info record is created (or) not

create Qm info QI01 -create

displat -QI03

3) check in qe51 - for taking user decision

4) you can check in qa32 also

Hi,

You use the dynamic modification rule to specify which inspection stage should be used in an inspection (for example, normal, reduced, or tightened inspection, or a skip) based on the results of the last inspection

we have defined the dynamic modification rule as 1 control 14 skips but everytime it is going for Skip instead of control after 14 skips.

Hope i have clarified.

Hi,

In QDL3 , you can see the details of current Quality level for that Matl-Vendor combination.In that , you can check "Insp since change " field.

This will give you ,

"Number of inspections and/or inspection lots that have been accepted without inspection (skipped) or that have been completed on the basis of the dynamic modification valuation since the last inspection stage change."

I hope you have choosen , Dynamic modification at "Usage decsion". System updates the quality level after the usage decision has been made for the inspection lot.

Also check , "Not ok Inspections " field.

Hi Arun,

The Number of Inspections Since Inspection Stage Change field is not working properly as per settings in dynamic modification rule it should take control after 14 skips.

Please help where we need to see for probable reasons for getting updated.

Hi,

Check whether you have assigned correct DMR in inspection plan.

Also check the following details in DMR

How you defined the insp stages, "New insp stage if ok" etc.

After completion of every lot , check whether the details are updated in Quality level . If it is happening , check especially after 14th skip, this will give you a idea.

It is working for other material and vendor combination ie dynamic modification rule.

Do i need to specifically check for any settings in material master data and vendor master data.

My issue is dynamic modification rule says 1 control 14 skips but every time it is going to skip even after 14 skips for the inspection lot.

in QDL3 transction code.
