Hi all,

I need to add a new tab in PPPM for the position. I want it to allow viewing and creating tasks. I didn't find it in the customizing table.

Has anyone done it before? which program and screen did you used please?

Hi Karim,

Once we had a similar requirement and for solving it I had to do some coding as well as configuration.

you can add or delete additional tabs in the IMG, under :

Personnel Management > Personnel Development > Functions > Define Profi-

View: Views : PD, Header assignment: P (for example).

Thanx for your answer. I've already cheked that table. the view I want to include is not there : I want to add a tab with "tasks".

task is an object and as such cannot be added as a tab. tabs usually represent infotypes not objects. you can add an infotype there via customization of hierarchy framework.

However let me caution you that hierarchy framework customozation is a little complex and is cross client too... so tread carefully..
