Cancellation billing document - VBRK-FKSTO not set

Hi everybody,

We have cancelled a billing document and the following happened:

1.- In the cancellation billing document, the 'Cancelled billing document number' field (VBRK-SFAKN) is not filled although this is not an item cancellation document.

2.- The 'Billing document is cancelled' flag (VBRK-FKSTO) is not set in the cancelled billing document.

I've found note 878568, but I cannot find function /IRM/IPSI_BILLING_HEADER_FILL and /IRM/IPCR_BILLING_HEADER_FILL in my system to apply the corrections (¿?¿?).

Please, help.

As you also has referred the note..changes needs to be done at the source code level...better get in touch with SAP Helpdesk.
