SAP-B1 or SAP R/3? Need suggestions Urgently...

Hi All,

Will it be advisable to move from SAP R/3 to SAP Business One, what will be growth propects if I go ahead with SAP Business One as a fresher or shall i stick to SAP R/3? Please help me with some suggestions that will help me to choose the right path?
