Hi,

To make availability check settings please note down the menu path as mentioned below.

1. define checking rule

IMG>>Sales and Distribution>>Basic Functions>>Availability check and transfer of requirement>> Availability check>>Availability check with ATP Logic >> Define checking groups

2. assign checking rule for plant

IMG>>Sales and Distribution>>Basic Functions>>Availability check and transfer of requirement>> Availability check>>Availability check with ATP Logic >> Define checking groups Default Value

for this... IMG--- Production -- basic data -- Sales & ope--- master data -- Assignment of Validation rule --- Maintain checking rule for availability.

For assign ment : IMG -- SD __ Basic Functions -- availability check -- Availability check with ATP logic or Againest planning -- Checking rule for Updating Backorders.

Hi;

In Sales and Distribution, the checking rule is specified internally within the system and cannot be changed.

For assigning checking group to plant the path as follows;

SD-- Basic Data-- Availability check with ATP--Define Checking Groups Default Value

Dear Deva.

Go through this IMG path then Define the checking Rule and assign Checking rule to the Plant.

SPRO>Material Management>Purchasing>Purchase Requsition>Set up stock transport Requsition-->Create checking rule ,Define Checkin rule,and Assign Checking Rule.
