Changing of Condition type during GR posting

Hello All,

We have a scenario where we are creating the Scheduling agreement with Condition type PB00.

However, during GR posting (MIGO) we will recieve the information whether the Freight condition type FRA1 and FRA2 are applicable for this goods receipt. As a result we need to add these additional Condition type during GR posting.

We have checked and there is no option to input the Condition type in MIGO. Could you please let us know if the above requirement can be achieved via customizing or any user exit can be used to achieve this.
