Mail Title and Text

Hi Gurus,

Besides the PO Number (&EKKO-EBELN&), I would like to put in first line of Header Text of my Purchase Order into Mail Title & Text(SPRO-Maintain Message Types for PO) so that when email sent to user, user are able to see this field value in the subject of the email. I have doubt that whether this can be done?

Please advice.

Hi Paulo Paixao,

Yes, I manage to found a solution.

1. In SPRO, go to maintain message type for PO and get the output program name for your output type.

2. Amend the program by assign the text that u want to output to the title of the message(NAST-TDCOVTITLE).

3. Check your results in SOST. The mail title should be displayed correctly.
