Mail Title and Text

Hi Gurus,

Besides the PO Number (&EKKO-EBELN&), I would like to put in first line of Header Text of my Purchase Order into Mail Title & Text(SPRO-Maintain Message Types for PO) so that when email sent to user, user are able to see this field value in the subject of the email. I have doubt that whether this can be done?
