import/export problem

Hi Experts,

I made a silly mistake.

I had to transport fmy repository objects from my quality system to production system but mistakenly i did the same for development system because of almost same names.

now i cannot change anything in development ..which i want to do in my mapping object....

is there any version control to get back my earlier objects...

please help..its really urgent..

Yes. Double click and open any object. In its menu tab u can find "History" to get the older activated version

true ,

I can get the earlier version but i am unable to replace it by current version because when i try to save the earlier version it gives me this error.

Software component version cannot be changed

As I had imported the whole repository object.

Please help as client has called for some changes and i cannot touch now any of the systems as all are uneditable now.

Hi All,

I think I have solved it.

I went to the SWCV and double clicked it.

Then choose edit mode and click the checkboxes under Object Attributes.

Now each object again is modifiable.
