How to do a consignment sales in SAP Business Bydesign system?

The supplier provides materials and stocks them in the purchaser's premises. The material remains in the books of the supplier (vendor) until the same is withdrawn from the stock of the consignment and put to use

Dear Kuldeep,

If you directly ship the goods from your supplier to your customer, you can use third-party scenario in ByDesign.

If you just keep the raw material in supplier's stock, then perform inbound delivery to your production process, I do not see the difference between normal procurement process.

Can you please clarify further? Maybe your concern is about the consignment fee?

Dear Kuldeep,

ByDesign does not support consignment process as of now. You can look for modifications in the system behavior via PDI, but as a standard ByDesign does not support consignment. You can use the link here to submit your idea in the customer influence platform and can get an idea if the idea will be implemented in ByDesign in the future.
