GWG in investment management

Hello together,

maybe you have an idea.

In a current project the customer wants to plan his complete investment in fixed assets per year, even GWG's (low-value assets). If we handle them using internal orders for invest or statistical internal orders is not finally determined.

Situation
Begin of investment process:
We start the purchasing process e.g. for low-value assets with the BANF (requision). There we have a lot of BANF with different cost centers.

End of investment process:
We have the final asset master data. In every asset we have to enter the cost center (for the depreciation run).

Question:
Is there a way to notice or bequest the cost center of the BANF to the final asset automatically?
How do other companies handle this?
