JCO Connection problem

Hi,

I'm trying to connect ECC 6 through JCO. But everytime it gives the following error

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

But with the same user credential I can login to SAP through SAP GUI.Can anyone please suggest what might be the problem?

Check that the backend information (application server host name, system number, client, user, password) is correct and that you can log onto the system through SAP Logon.

Check the following entries in the "services" file (see Note 52959 for a detailed explanation):

sapms<SID>

sapdpxx

sapgwxx

sapgwxxs

Hi,

The problem is solved.

It was because of the lower case password. I have just changed the password to uppercase of the user used to connect through JCO. And the problem got solved.
