BODS not able to process the rows after Query

I am trying to execute a BODS job having 3 tables in the source, but i can see the data processing after Query transform ifrom 2 tables in debug mode and no data being processing in 1 query tansform .The records is around 60 k in three tables.

I have tried by creating a new job with the table where i was facing the issues and the rows are properly processed that is data is passing to the temp table.

Is this any DS issue or other technical glitch.
