Hi,

for collective MRP run follow the instruction by our members. for safety stock/reorder point,You have to mainten MRP type VB IN MRP-1 view,Also You have to mention reorder point & safety stock level so that after MRP run for collectively, system will consider such material when its stock at storage location touch/falls below reorder point.

Hi Ram

First activate MRP for your plant. Otherwise MRP will be run. Then create planning scenario. Then run MRP in MD01 with planning scenario on line.

Otherwise you can use MDBT MRP in background.

Hi Rambabu,

Please use Tcode MD01 for Running MRP for a Plant. If you want to Run MRP background then use T code MDBT.

Before that create a scope of Planning in transaction OM0E. Yo can create scope of Planning for one plant or many plant at a time.

Depending on the Processing Key NEUPL,NETCH,NETPL etc the materials will be planned for the selected plants.

When running MRP using MDBT you have to create Variants. Click on the Create Variant button to create variants. Create variant using required parameters. Then select the Variant and click on the Schedule Job or Immediate for running MRP immediately on shedule as per the shedule created.

Thanks and regards

Hi ,

Use the transaction MD01 for online run of MRP for entire plant online, and MDBT for back ground job.
