Unfortunately no, SMP is gated meaning unless you have a support contract you cannot get updates etc. Someone in your company will have access to SMP to get the update for you. That same person can give you access, or should be able to.
What Client application are you wanting? CRS is a standalone install so all Client related install options should be on the original media.
