I m pursuing Master of Business in ERP from Victoria University. As a part of assignment, I m required to prepared a project report on CRM. The details are as follow :
The company you work for is a user of the SAP R/3 ERP system. Management have heard a lot about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) but like most people are unsure what is involved. They believe that SAP provides a CRM solution. You have been asked to create a management report on CRM and the implications to your company for the meeting in the following week.
The report should explain :
What is CRM?
The benefits that it offers.
Details about SAPs CRM solution .
Provide examples of companies that have implemented this component and any issues associated with this implementation. This should be obtained separately from SAPs site to gain an impartial view.
You must explain the component without using SAP jargon and journalistic terms.
I will get answers on above mentioned 3 questions but i m seeking your advise on case study of CRM Failure as well as CRM successful implementation in any of the organization which should be apart from SAP sites. Any material on CRM would be great help to me for preparing project report.
