Field is missing in Create condition table screen

We are going through one minor issue.We are trying to configure output types for billing docs.I am trying to create a condition table with sold to party field.It is displaying in field catalog,but not displaying in create condition table screen.Any idea how to get it?

Try to generate another Table with required fields & use the same. Once Table is generated, does not supports change.

Condition table (T.Code: V/04): If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record) --> Generate

Thanks Rajesh for your time.But my problem is KUNAG field(Sold to party) is there in field catalog.But it is not showing up in condition table creation screen.But if i create KUNNR field in field catalog it is showing up in condition table creation screen.What is wrong with KUNAG field?Actually both are sold to party fields.Which one i am suppose to take?

Hi VCS

As you want to create a condition table at billing level and at billing level for sold to party it is KUNAG where as in sales order level it is KUNNR.

VBRK- KUNAG (SOLD TO PARTY AT BILLING LEVEL )

VBAK- KUNNR (SOLD TO PARTY AT SALES ORDER LEVEL )

so you need to select the sold to party KUNAG and if that sold to party is not available , create that sold to party feild (KUNAG) . and save it

Now when you cerate a condtion table check wheather that cerated feild is there are not . sometimes it will be there and sometimes it wont be there . if that feild is not there then , we need to take the help of ABAPer's and they will copy the standard table into Z table and in that they will write the ALV report or any program . so that it gets triggered in that feild catlog.

example :

KUNAG is availabe in VBRK table

so ABAP'ers will be copying hte standard VBRK table in ZVBRK table and in that ZVBRK table they will write the program where this feild KUNAG is also inserted.

so when you create a condtion table then you can see this KUNAG feild, in the list of feild catlog,if that feild is not there just maintain . the feild. automatically it gets triggered in the feild catlog

Srinath you gave me a very interesting suggestion...but my counter parts are not ready to create zvbrk table since they are using this table at so many places.

Can you give me a direct answer for my question...this KUNAG field is displaying in field catalog.How to make it display in condition table creation screen....

Your previous question was telling that KUNAG is not available . so i have given a straght answer.

well, as it is displaying in the feild catlog, then while creating the condition table you can select and save it and that you can put in an access sequence and this access sequence u can assign in the billing output type and then you create a condition record in VV31.when every thing is there what is ther problem you are facing can i know exactly.so that i can give exact answer VCS

Whatever you are saying is absolutely right.ABAPer is saying for him it is 2 min.time to append the field KUNAG.

Let me check it out with my superiors what they want me to do.

Finally we have concluded that we need to append the KUNAG field to communication structure KOMB(where you will get all the allowed field catalog fields) with the help of ABAPer.ABAPer said it is a minor work for him.
