How to translate text of a push button on application toolbar

Hi All,

I have a push button in the application toolbar. Now my requirement is i have to translate the text of the push button in the other languages like French, Spain so that when user login into french or spain language he has the corresponding text displayed for the push button

creat text element and do the transalaion for that.
